"Helping him may be the only way for us to get more information. What we were just given from Dumont is a sample. He has colladeral." Kamui.EXE says.
The two programs made there way to the tent. there were voices inside. Were they too late already?
The duo just walked in to the tent when Zero announces.
"There they are! These two programs are our heros. They will lead us to victory against the resource hogs!" says Zero.
the whole tent erupted in cheers.
"I guess it's too late to back out now." kamui.EXE mutters.

great. what's Zero gotten us into now? Zero led us over to a program standing near a table, with a holographic reprisentation of the sector floating above it. Zero spoke. "This is our tactical advisor, Fimacov.exe" the program looked up, he was, like most programs, fairly old, and looked like he had seen more disc battles then most programs around. He looked weiraly at us. "You think you can help us, programs? you certantly don't look like an army to me." he said.

"We can fight. No problem." says Kamui.EXE.
The program gave a strange scowel before looking back at the hologram.
"Can you tell us what you've got so far?" kamui.EXE asks.

The program continued to study the hologram, while he spoke to Kamui. "What we have is a bunch of refugees. no weapons but a few old identity discs."

"have you taken in to account the suffusion range? The disks have a larher range and attack radius than the suffusions do. So if we stand far enough away or supprise them with a sneak attack from above, it may work. Have you tried that yet?" kamui.EXE says.

He spoke: "Yes. Rather unfortunatly, the Hogs are too good with the Suffusion. they can usually knock our slow ID dscs right out of the air."
(OOC: Hey, Kamui... what's your personal text mean? just wondering)

(OOC: Gamecubes have their disks spin backwards to prevent people copying the game disks. So disks spinning wrong would be spinning backwards therefore making programs who's disks spin wrong related to gamecubes!)
"Then maybe there's a way we can speed them up some how. We need to get them faster but I'm not sure how." kamui.EXE says.
The stops to think on this.

"I would love to continue this stimulating conversation, but we have a problem." one small indicator was flashing. he pressed a section on the hologram, and the hologram zoomed into the section he pressed. -it was a map of the I/O tower. one section had several small circles moving to the perimiter of the tower. "Resource Hogs. time for action." he and a few others walked out of the tent as an alarm sounded. I asked, "Can we help?" Fimacov turned back and spoke: "We need all the help we can get. follow us."

Kamui.EXE followed Harpo with her disk ready. She used her Triangulate only to see lots and lots or Recource Hogs.
"Gah! There's so many of them! harpo! We may be in for it!" Kamui.EXE says.

"We very well may be, Kamui. we very well may be..." I drew my two meshes, as several groups of older programs joined us. we continued at a good run to the front edge of the I/O tower complex. as we reached it, we could see several large bits of rubble pushed up to make small cover, with the space in front purposely cleared to give the Resource Hogs almost no cover. "Clever..." I observed. Kamui and I made it to forewrd cover, and watched as the Hogs ran straight for us.

Everyone froze for a second when Shocker landed on the resource hog.
"What in the net.....?" Kamui.EXE says slowly.
Quickly, the program paniked. Kamui.EXE felt it was her cue to attack.
"Don't worry! I'll get you outta there!" she says as she fires off some shots at the resource hogs.
